Because our soaps and body care products are handmade and are considered personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue and we will work to make it right through a replacement or refund when appropriate.
